Manages the entire lifecycle of secure printed products on a single platform. From product definition and serial number generation to print-ready file creation and production tracking, every stage runs in a controlled, traceable and auditable manner. Each serial number is tracked end to end from the moment it is generated until printing is complete; every action is written to the audit trail with time, user and reason.
Product types are defined and configured in the system; activated, suspended or retired — all access-controlled and audit-logged.
An approved design template — layout, variable fields, serial number and printable security features — is configured per product type and kept under version control.
Unique serial numbers are generated against approved rules. Each number is unique within its namespace; duplicate generation is prevented.
Generated serial numbers and variable data are merged into the approved template to produce print files in PDF, TIFF or other agreed formats.
Design files are converted into final print-ready output with printer-specific rasterization, color management and resolution settings. RIP status is tracked step by step.
Print queues are dynamically created, paused and managed based on production rules, quantity thresholds, printer availability and priority — for uninterrupted production.
Job queues, printer assignments, reprint and void processes are managed (JMF integration). Rejected, damaged and completed items are monitored in real time.
Production, reconciliation, exception and audit reports are generated across produced, printed, rejected, voided and accepted quantities.
The system supports 16 different printable security features that can be configured and activated individually per product type, design template or print job. Spanning from the serial number layer to covert coding, from invisible verification elements to special-ink applications, these features provide multi-level protection against tampering and copying.
Users, roles, product types, template versions, print pool rules and reporting permissions are managed from a single panel. Sensitive operations such as reprint, void and template override are restricted to authorized users only.
Each serial number has a controlled lifecycle. Every state change — date, time, user, action, previous/new state and reason — is fully recorded.
A verification SDK is provided for in-house mobile application development; products in the field can be verified with a mobile device.
